I love this video! Simple and charming-- not every music video has to me a full on short movie-- this one really conveys a certain attitude that I think the song is trying to express-- the pleasure of escaping social labels and just enjoying things that make you happy.
It's obvious from the comments though, there is no target audience that would make this video make any sense to put out this way.

Everyone's saying this music video looks low-budget, but I think that's what they were going for. Kinda like a friend recording what was going on, just hanging with friends and not giving a fuck. I personally like it a lot :}

You can see the video is very deliberate if you keep track of the colours throughout the video, I think the "shitty filmed" gopro drone stuff is to make it feel more natural, like when you film eachother's lines while skating.
