Looks like listing was at $2,598,000 CAD (not sure if in 2019) not far from Bloor and Islington. My guess is the price could come down in the next year or two given the Toronto housing market may be due to cool down.. 10~15% lower could be a healthy correction
Practical home with amazing lightning and chandelier...maybe overdone with the recess lights. The designer/archietect has extensive lighting connections and background. I would personally put in more high-end appliances to accompany the rest of the house.
The editing and transitions is confusing. When the zoom is used it’s not always showing the bigger picture or close up. Sometimes it’s an entirely different room. It was hard to follow
