being an old ford nut brought a zf back in 89 spent ten grand on rebuilt it from front to back turned heads drove it for eight years i love it....thats a lump stick wont like idle at traffic lights.sounding tough..nice looking zg great work thumbs up
nice car, that lumpy idle is insane. I might be inclined to hacksaw off the overhang on the rear shackle u bolts. Can cause trouble if they snag something. Well done.
Not a bad plan Andries, but if I was going to do anything I'd go probably go for a 393 Stroker, and convert to a manual gearbox. It's just a weekend cruiser for the time being.
@@aidanrooney4375 yes definitely if you have the pocket for a stroker kit definitely go for it. Just make sure to post it on UA-cam because I want to hear that beast run💪😁
Hi there, my dad used to own one of those a long time ago, I'm just wondering if you would like to sell this car, please private message back if interested, I have been hunting down one in good condition just like this, I would really appreciate it if you got back to me, thank you.
Great video. I'm a zg owner too. Not many of these left now. I've had mine for 12 years.

No way he just pulled that car out of da garage with such ease.
This is a full size car.
You'd be surprised that being such a big car they aren't that heavy compared to modern cars.
wow
pull the 302 crank and rods and put the 351 crank and rods in, it will be a lot more fun :)
