This guitar is Amazing! The extended cutaway and pickup combo is perfect. Feels great in your hands and the Floyd Rose tremolo keeps it in tune nicely. Not to mention how sweet it looks. :)

it's the "Paduaks of Hazzard"
it is pronounced Buzz "Feet-in". One of the great guitarists alive today.
Originally there were 2 models of N series guitars from Washburn. The N4 with Stephens extended cutaway, xl500 and Duncan 59. And the N2 non- Stephens neck and Washburn something in the neck, a Washburn licensed Floyd, but it still had the xl500 which is really the basis of Nuno's sound. Well back then anyway.
Now his real original Stephens cutaway was a Stephens custom guitar made for Nuno.

you just gotta love the hand-wired-by-bill-lawrence Bill Lawrence pickups… i put one in my Mexican Strat and it really brought it to life… i'm gonna remove it, though, and put it in my Ibanez RG520 with an L500R to keep it company. they really are some badass pickups made by some badass people.

Schaller actually manufactures the Original Floyd Rose as well as their own branded model. Same kind of quality, I believe, just slightly different design.
i think the Schaller design is more practical. more mass, warmer tone, the unimportant parts are cast to make it cheaper, but the knife edges are hardened. smaller package, so it ain't much use for dropping into a guitar, but a guitar designed for it has more wood left on it… now i just wish it fluttered as long as a Floyd does.

I could be wrong, but N4 uses a Bill Lawerence USA L-500. If that is correct then it has alot less mid range which could be why its tone is so bleeding sharp. Probably very wrong, : (

Prettiest guitar I owned but the neck was too wide, frets way too high, and for me, pick ups way too brittle/glassy. I own two P2s and one of them is a Les Paul Custom slayer.
