Love these videos where the creator brings others to give their ratings on popular fragrances❤️❤️❤️. I am one of those that do not like BR540, it has a medicinal, antiseptic smell to me 😩.
Thank you. I like to ensure that I am bringing different view points, especially different tastes. Jocelyn is at the start of her journey and starting to learn about what notes she likes and what fragrance profiles. I try to be mindful they not everyone wants to know individual notes or what type of vanilla a fragrance is. 😂❤️
I feel like it just starts off waaaay too strong. I can see the appeal with the sweet/amber dry down but it’s just too much to me
I think Saffron is the culprit, I love BR540 and Penhaligon's Cairo, both feature saffron which I know its very sharp and can smell like latex gloves

I truly love both but 80% of my collection is niche. I am a sucker for the luxury packaging and experience. Although that being said, some designer feels super luxurious too!

Next time it would be nice to get a reaction for the dry down also. Maybe one score for the opening and then another score for the dry down to see how\if the opinion changed.

Your friend is great you should definitely do this all again soon. I think sometimes being into niche perfume you can get confused on what really all around smells good. We learn to appreciate so many different notes.
She is wonderful. Totally agree, I am so deep into the hobby so I love hearing different opinions. It opens my eyes sometimes and I think it is also useful in terms of knowing what content to make.

Your friend is so lovely and I think she would love Armani prive the yulong. Its on my list to buy and it a tea based one! This was fun as you get to see different reactions especially as a lot of us don't have lots of perfumes and haven't tried that many too.
