Sadc tribunal never ruled in favour of Zimbabwe on land issue . Its judgements were in favour of settlers who happens to be white it was a neoliberal last line of defence for kith and kin of colonizers.It was reversing liberation aspirations and policies. Regardless of it being a formation of SADC, Actually it was like FIFA to be funded by Sadc but apply laws based on International legal framework and Human rights ignoring the rights of blacks from slavery to colonisation to neocolonialism.
The SADC Tribunal actually ruled in favor of both white and black commercial farmers in Zim who had their land stolen in violent land grabs. The tribunal ruled in favor of human rights for all Zimbabweans regardless of race.
