I know one of my friend(Women).she is working as a teacher having savings mind set.she saved nearly 2 lakhs for her kid education it takes nearly two and half years.nobody helps her.one day her husband asked that money saying emergency she gave that. Majority of work in Mining and Civil are blue collor jobs. Heavy work but less pay. Women might not be fit for heavy physical work. Already Machines are replacing Men in all intense work. Then whats the need for Women to pitch into physical work when they can run the world.
