A lot of you guys requested it, so here it is! This is my own rendition of Sailor Moon. I am so happy with her, and I think I did pretty okay with her uniform. I do not sew, but I wanted to get a nice little sewing machine. The machine is so cute because it is so tiny, and it is perfect for doll clothing! I hope you guys like how she turned out and remember....

Materials right below:
Acetone or nail polish remover
Sealants : Mr. Super Clear (MSC) or Krylon's Matte Finish
Watercolor pencils: Faber Castle
Chalk Pastels
Brushes
White paint
Gloss varnish

I was thinking the same! My 4 year old is obsessed with these videos. We got started in the last 6 months and today watching this she was like "what? they used the normal hair???" Seeing the hair get changed is her favorite 😂

Mm...personally I think that Sailor Moon would have softer eye makeup, like with pinks or baby blues, but she's still very lovely.
(The makeup as it is makes me think more of Sailor Uranus or maybe Neptune)
...Also the blue chosen was a bit more like Sailor Mercury than it was Sailor Moon (hers is more of a royal blue)

I Got My Blondie Lockes Doll From Wal-Mart Yesterday, And I Hoping To Make Her As Sailor Moon As Well, But I Still Need To Buy Some New Watercolor Pencil For The Re-paint, Matte Finish Spray The Krylon Brand, Mod Podge For The Paper Mache Part, And Red Ribbons For The Bows. And I Do Have The Fabrics For The Costume As Well. Hoping My Version On Sailor Moon Will Turn Out Great Someday.

Do watercolor pencils work better than normal pencils? (Don’t the colors smudge?)
Fantastic! Your customs get better and better! And I must say, her eyes are my favorite pair of eyes you've done, I always struggle to make them even!!! And that is the cutest sewing machine ever!! it looks so tiny and fun-sized!

Figuarts, but damn..., this figure you created is better than the majority of the official stuff out there. You're very talented and it's obvious a lot of time went into creating it. Great job! I loved every bit of your SM doll, there's not a thing wrong with her. Blondie was a perfect choice for the customization and those boots were excellent!
I think it's just because you went the extra mile on detail on her wings is why I like it just a wee bit more.

You can add fabric medium on acrylics so that they can be flexible for stuff. Goodness knows how much i wish i had knew that before doing a custom shirt commission.
