Mam plz let me knw my oven is 12 litre of Italia Company. I purchased from Saleswomen yesterday they had came door to door for selling the electronic products through coupon. Today, I have used for the first time for Baking Pizza. I have used the temperature 180 degree n timer 10mins for the Preheat process and same for the Baking Process. But pizza veggies didn't cooked fully inside the oven and cheese didn't melt at all. Is the oven is duplicate or I am making mistakes while choosing the temperature and timing. Please let me know. If someone has any idea about it please let me knw asap.
