- This is a rearrangement of this piece I made last year: • A Distant Voice OST
I've named it 'Chest of Antique Toys' for no better reason than it feels right. The picture is of a musty attic, for the same reason.
I'm currently in the stage of my music-making journey where I have the drive to learn more interesting music theory, but then feel the need to immediately put to use what I've learned- which does not necessarily make the resultant music better. It faces me with the risk of sounding 'overdesigned' for its own sake, until I develop the musical maturity to know when simplicity is best.
This piece is the first time that my consciously utilizing more theory has actually helped me instead of hindered me. As a practice exercise, I set myself a few conditions to meet, like using a less common mode (phrygian), not sticking so closely to four/eight bar phrases, and modulating to other keys a couple times. Writing the piece to meet these goals came more naturally this time, instead of feeling like I was needing to shoehorn anything. - Фільми й анімація
Didnt this play during the mangle showcase? It sounds very familiar
Correct, it’s the music I made for the Mangle showcase. I wanted to post it on its own without being covered up by the sound effects, because I think it came out quite well and is worth being a standalone piece.
@@TheNickofTimethat would be very correct, great job with this!
@@TheNickofTimenow we need a video that’s just nothing but sounds you use in videos, it’s like injecting dopamine into my ears
This definetly has a nostalgic, sort of spooky feel to it! Great job!! Sounds like something that would play during a horror movie flashback scene, to make you feel nice but slightly on edge, too.
i really like independent music, it has no biasses from anywhere
I'm glad to hear that, as you put it, consciously utilizing more music theory actually helped you this time instead of being a hindrance. I personally don't know anything about music theory though, so I don't really have a point of reference one way or another. All I know is that your music sounds good and that the title and picture are indeed fitting.
Ight time to add this to my Club Bangers playlist
_A Distant Voice_ remains one of your best works thus far.
2 minutes and 41 seconds of goodness.
Your music or just your videos in general has a unique charms to it.
Much appreciated.
Each note sounds so pretty, what a lovely song!
Relaxedly scary
Loved it
Very lovely rearrangement of the previous piece from the Mangle Showcase man.
Amazing music, I love how it sounds
Without the sound effects, I can actually hear a subtle drumming in the background that I didn't notice before. That's pretty interesting. Overall, this piece sounds amazing. :D
Absolutely wonderful work!
nice to see how far you've come from scratch
Sounds like something Not Kane Pixels would post
Reminds me a little of the night theme from the Nintendo 3DS game Ever Oasis. This is very nice, great job ^^
ok ok, i just listened to the theme, and it doesn't sound like this at all. silly me
shits fire you keep cookin'
Awesome work as always.
this is incredible man
This reminds me the cod zombies lore, in someway
good at music, good at animation, good at sound design and visual effects... dude, pick a lane 😅 seriously how are you so good at everything
Please, you have a great talent. You could seriously collaborate and work on Scott Cawton movies and other franchises like Five Nights at Candy's and/or Popgoes since there is a lot of talk about the Fazbear fanverse.
do you use garage band to make music?
Ei, você poderia me informar o arquivo de impressão 3D da sua roupa de withered bonnie?
will this be on spotify?
I made it just in the nick of time
What in the Earthbound
