@@schmerik2963 To be fair it made sense were Bethesda's fallout took place DC Mutants destroying everything Commonwealth Gunners and last the institute making every one to afraid to rebuild heck most of the settlements in Fallout 4 was destroyed by Synths or Gunners. If you have Broken Steel the DC wasteland look not rebuild but brighter with clean water less Mutants and mercenaries etc.

I wonder what a battle between the Enclave, BoS, and NCR heavy soldiers would look like, who would side with who? I feel that, despite the numerous fights they've had, the BoS and NCR would rather work together to kill the Enclave then they would agree to a duel
