I purchased the Mancera Women’s Beat Sellers Discovery Set. Instant Crush was included and it’s good. It does smell similar to Baccarat 540. I feel like it’s a more feminine to me.
I got a sample from Twisted Lily and purchased the full bottle immediately. On me it becomes a skin scent. I get surprising puffs of powder as the day goes on. It’s great for the office and good for cuddling. You got to get close to smell it.
I can see how this scent is not liked by some. It's a lot coming at you at once lol. Holidays is on my list as well. I heard is perfect for summer. Thanks for the compliments.

Greetings from NZ! After a year of viewing this video I finally took the plunge and blind-purchased this little gem... I've just unboxed it and I already love it! I can smell mainly saffron, ginger, jasmin, amberwood and the vanilla dancing in the background... The only sad thing is that I'm going to have to wait until at least April to wear this scent, as its 86 degrees right now in the NZ summer :(

I received a sample of that on yesterday from Sephora and upon smelling it, I said to myself, "why does this smell like something that I already have" and low and behold it was that. I like it but it rarely gets that cold in Alabama and I just feel like it's going to be too hot around here to wear lol. I'm debating on buying a full bottle of that, Rose Vanille, or Ani for my next full size purchase. I'm leaning more towards Ani.

Blind buying a bottle that cost $180 you are very brave indeed, glad it paid off for you though! phew. I think some may hate this. I actually really love this fragrance, I really wasn't sure at first as there is something a bit funky in there but it really grew on me (Some will not get past that for sure, I think it is more for mature noses). People smell Saffron and immediately say BR540 😂This definitely has its own thing going on, maybe it's not for beginner noses though.
Yes! For some reason this smells like body odour to me, and leans more on the masculine side. I was so shocked when I first smelt as I hear such good things about it. I’m 100% a gourmand sweet perfume lover which may be why instant crush was too funky to me, contemplating gifting to someone else
I purchased this in 2020 in between MFk 1 & MFK 2 based off others reviews and comparison to MFK. And boy was it a let down and pick up at the same time. It’s not an exact to MFK but it is an awesome fragrance!
Instant Crush is its own fragrance and I like it for that too. Just like MFKBR540 is it's own fragrance and I enjoy it for that reason as well. I know you like some instant crush!

I just blind bought Mancera Instant Crush and it came yesterday. Everyone keeps saying it’s strong but it doesn’t seem beast mode to me. Maybe it’s because I’m getting over a cold. Lol
Manceras need to macerate which means they need to sit a bit so that the molecules properly bond...or something like that. That's because they are hot off the line so just like wine, give it 2 to 4 weeks and it will get into beast mode. Get a few sprays to let oxygen get in and then let it sit in a dark cool place and you'll love the new performance.
My most potent fragrance is Hibiscus Mahajad by Maison Crivelli. You definitely choke people out with it. Have you tried it? If so, do you feel they are at the same beast mode/nuclear level with Instant Crush? Also, how would Instant Crush and BR540 layer? I love BR540, but I feel it needs something else to give it oomph. It’s too light IMO. So perhaps a spritz of Instant Crush and layer BR540 on top might just be the thing I’m looking for.

Instant crush is 10x better than BR540! BR540 is to feminine for me that’s not really something I’m into… also, its to much of a basic fragrance and has been cloned too much. The opening and dry down in Instant crush is so much better! The dry down is so much sweeter in Instant crush which I absolutely love but don’t like the ginger note in the opening but lucky for me it doesn’t last more than 5-10 minutes.

The projection is 20 minutes and then this perfume turns into a skin scent. After two hours it disappears completely. I need to spray myself 20 times so that people around me can smell this perfume and it projects 20 minutes maximum. I am disappointed with Mancera and will never buy their perfume again. batch 21K319B
My bet is that you don't know what maceration, or olfactory fatigue mean. But usually when someone complains about projection or a scent lasting only 30 minutes it comes down to olfactory fatigue since they can't smell it anymore.
