Been to 3 shows in Richmond and 1 in DC they're local to the DC/VA area only kicked out of one lol... definitely my all time favorite band, there isn't a close second. They're in DC again tomorrow night and I'm fkn stoked about seeing them again! Circle pit is gonna be nuts.
This song was my introduction to Darkest Hour. My friend put it on the stereo at my apartment, we were high as hell. I wasn't sure how I felt about it until the song got to @2:12. When I heard that, I literally jumped out of my seat. Up until that point, I'd never really listened to underground stuff and this was the song that started my journey down the metal rabbit hole.
I forgot how much I liked this band. I randomly discovered this band by finding their CD on the sidewalk when I was a young teenager. I took it home downloaded it onto my Xbox 360 not knowing what they would sound like and I have been a fan ever since.
You too?? Was begining to think it was just me, what with the utter disdain met only by the fear which plagued my girls family when I busted this out at that family get together. "Please, just... for Godsake, another at the funeral..." - that's all their uncouth asses could strain to get out. Just pathetic murmurs about blah blah "funeral this, how could you that". LaaAAaaaAasdiesss, guess who's recently single???? Get me while you can!!!!
I saw them and drink with them multiple times since their beginning with Norris and Lonestar they are always EPIC, Mike is the funniest guy ever !! Bless them
John's vocals are so amazing, man, I love his voice!! Very jealous, and god, 0:48.. makes me wanna cry cause it's so beautiful Same with the solo, DAMNNNN
Crazy AF to think Michael Theobold became their guitarist for a time. Holy Shit seeing my highschool neighbor become the lead guitarist for pne of my favorite metal bands ever while serving in Iraq almost gave me a heart attack
