This house has some nice aspects, but I've never been a fan of reserving the best view for the primary bedroom. Most people use the bedroom when it's dark outside (no view) and they're sleeping, so that location is wasted. The elevation with the best view should be utilized as the family room/great room where people spend time during daylight hours and the view can be appreciated.
I kind of agree to it, but if I am the client I would like to be a little selfish and keep the best view for myself.😂 I mean I would love to wake up everyday to such a view. But yeah practically speaking the best view must be reserved for the areas which will be utilized more.
Great home. But it's not practical home. Too many stairs...and once you becom lil more old and practical point of view .. it wud b difficult to climb ol these stairs always. Too many stairs....but rest all super good. To be appreciated 👍
house is okay - nothing spectacular - it's not friendly towards senior citizens and people with disabilities - architect lacks a long term vision. Tht lady who is walking around in a white dress - What is she gonna do when she becomes old - she will not be able to climb those stairs - will she sell the house and move some where else? It will be even more difficult to sell the house in old age because of the emotional attachment.. what is that white lady gonna do if her elderly parents come home - they wont be able to climb the stairs.. This is the same problem in duplex houses in gated communities - they dnt provide lifts - forget abt providing lifts - they dont even provide a place for lifts - I have seen so many duplex houses in Chennai - cost of house running into crores but there is no provision for lift - how can an elderly citizen climb upto three stories and enjoy the view? They cant. Senior citizens always get restricted to ground floor. Its very unfortunate. Senior Citizens need sun light, sunshine - easy access to lifts - so that they can enjoy the entire house not just get restricted to their bedroom in ground floor..
