In this video I am checking out the new Dawsons VIP Demo Lounge. This is a private room you can book via the Dawsons store which contains all the stores high end guitars. This is a space that you can spend time with high priced items and making critical listening decisions away from the chaos of the guitar store floor.
The video starts with Paul the VIP manager, talking to me about the idea behind the space. Then I start plugging some stuff in and playing guitars that I always wanted to check out.
Disclaimer - There are a handful of audio issues with this video that I did not know about until the editing stage. I did my best to minimize the damage but unfortunately there is some persistent hiss at some parts of the video. Nevertheless, enjoy!

Contentedly hoi polloi, a Japanese made Yamaha acoustic would not only suffice to appease this pleb, but would be preferred. Even if I had GBP£10k+ to spend with abandon on an acoustic, Martin would NOT be its beneficiary getting it from me on a single overpriced instrument any more than I'd donate it to Taylor or any other decidedly American elitist marketing scheme to the senseless.
