it's finally time for our Genshin Impact journey!!! I'm soooo excited to share this with you all and I already recorded more because this game is insanely good hope you guys you love this series as much as I'm loving the game 💛

just a few tipps from a long time player
1) keep the default keymapping first its unusally but it comes second nature after a short time
2) fast action like jumping in wallclimbes, fast swimming depletes your starmina bar faster as if u would do it slow. so u can swim longer if u swim slowly
fastest way to move around is to tap sprint
3) use xp books/weapon xp stones always you can farm them anytime
4) if you not plan to whale, spend your resin daily, open map top right u see ur resin, per day it recover 180 (1 resin every 8 minutes) but u can only hold 160 whales convert primos/genesis crystals (real money) to resin to get more stuff
resin you can spend on bosses, domains for artifacts/talentbooks or mora/xp books
5) u will get fragil resin (gives 60 resin) collect them and save them till adventure rank 45-50 because u unlock there the domains that gives u the most.
6) on 12:50 u saw celestia a place that is unreachble atm, in lore its a place where ppl ascend to godship. every1 guessing it will be playable after all 7 nation been out (ca 3 years from now)
7) dont skip to the story if u want to learn the lore. you CANT repeat the story quest if u dont make a second accout. if you dont skip it will be a long way. i guess 200-300h story so far

Now that you’ve played for the first time, it’s important to go at your own pace, whether that’s speeding through the main story or exploring every nook and cranny.
I love exploring genshin so it will be a long journey haha
I've been playing for two years and I'm late on the quests and the lore and events because I don't care about rushing it. I play at my own pace, definitely, because there's SO MUCH lore it can be a little overwhelming.

I love "this world is big" reactions when new players discovers half of first and smallest nation that's so cute
Imagine if new players got to see the whole world map right away. It'd overwhelm them so much :D

Paimon's old voice is still so pleasing to listen to, lol. The moments where she raises her voice feels more impactful than being high-pitched all the time.

And it's strange that people only say this about the English VA because the voice was changed when the localization team were made to bring her more in line with how she sounds in the other 3 languages.
In fact, she's still loudest and highest pitch in the Japanese version. I personally think her Korean and Mandarin variants are the nicest sounding but the English VA did a good job of being similar.
Welcome to the Genshin family. My advice is that In this game "Anything that glitters" should be collected. You will definitely need them later on. Even meat and resources from any animals that crawl or fly. Most of the resources you can store as many as 9999 each so no need to shy away from collecting everything. Also when climbing or swimming, your stamina might just be enough if you just patiently swim and not hit the sprint, it's a bit slow but eventually youll make it. Like that first chest across the water when you first started. You can get it. Once again welcome to Genshin :)
definitely one of the most useful beginner tips! not everything will end up useful (like those damn mondstadt pinecones that i still collect regardless) but you wouldn't run out of the useful portion
@@adniaquila1093 actually, you can make Mondstadt Hash Brown with pinecones. they are very useful. i learned that when i was out of fowl to make sweet madams and i had oh so many pinecones, and this was in the early game as well.
@@AryanSinghanimator thats true. but i really only ever make sweet madames for healing, thats why pinecones arent of any use to me. but i still pick them up every now and then so they're still loved :)

Every new player got emotional damage after talking to timmie. Don't worry! Timmie pigeons will be quite useful for new player.. For food.

There is a swimming technique that saves stamina.
Fast swimming consumes it faster, but after you press and release a dash button, the character accelerates for a while and swims fast without increased stamina consumption.
So you shall repeatedly press dash button to maintain the fast (breaststroke) swimming, but at a normal (low-cost) stamina consumption rate.
It might sound complicated, but once getting used to it it’s simple.
Also of course one doesn’t have to do that, just a quality-of-life trick.
I've found it's easier to do the other way around - hold dash and tap forward.
watching new players make me remember the moment i clicked on that door on the loading screen. I was so excited and passionate, this game inspires me so much but I haven't played in so long, but I still cry everytime I watch reactions to it because it really is beautiful
Glad to see you finally join the game! Starting off is always a bit tough in any game, I'm sure you'll master the interface and become a bow character expert in no time! yeah about the 9:34 "wow this world is so big" that part is only 1/5 of the first area of the game
get ready for this journey because I think that by the time you advance a little further in the story, there will already be a new area being released

it was the night time login music for me though (it was 4am and i was delirious from 3hrs of sleep i couldn't wait LOL), it sounded so peaceful and magical, not what i was expecting it to be like and it felt like i was transported somewhere else~

i love how interactive and enthusiastic you are while playing this game! one tip i can give you is to COLLECT everything you see cause you might need them in the future xD

The music on this game is INCREDIBLE.... some of them are stellar!
One important thing about Genshin is take your time. There is so much to do at the beginning of the game that it can become overwhelming, just go at your own pace. Rushing through things will give you “genshin burn-out” and it really takes away from the overall experience of the game. Besides that, I hope you have fun!
Yep, read text and listen to the dialogue and get immersed. People who skip to the end miss out on so much

By the way; here's some tips!
- try to collect as many resources as you can when walking around; they'll come in handy later! (e.g, mushrooms, flowers, butterflies, lizards, fish, berries, anything)
- you can jump while climbing to go faster, but jumping does take more stamina.
- to collect dandelions, you can use your Anemo powers on it.
- talking to NPC's and choosing certain dialogue options can reward you with things from the character!
- talking to Marjorie (across from Katheryne) will allow you to purchase materials like gems (for leveling up characters later on), Mora (currency), weapon level-up materials, and "Traveler Constellations" which will be useful later on.
- It'll be fun to experiment with elemental reactions- they also do more DMG (damage).

I know this is a slightly older video but It's really wonderful seeing someone start their journey for the first time in Genshin! I'm going to have to keep up with your series so I can watch you enjoy, I've been playing for a while and miss that early game wonder.
Imagine teleport waypoints are always visible on a locked map and you have to collect all of them to unlock a certain part of the map,like the city on ritou is split into 2 parts and you have to unlock both and statues just unlock more waypoints every time you level them up
That would be a pain😢
you've probably figured this out already because his video was 2 weeks ago, but on the map in the corner the yellow diamond is where you're supposed to go for your quest!

The story of teyvat is mentioned of one of the books im gonna write it in this comment it’s important to know the environment of this world but if you want discover that yourself in one of the islands when you reach inazuma there’s a book that tells you the history of teyvat and celstia but if you want know it from me im gonna tell you:
Teyvat was the land of vishaps, Vishaps are a species of dragon-like creatures that once followed each of the Seven Sovereigns with their corresponding elements and were formerly the dominant race of the world. Over time, they will evolve into true Dragons, the first descender of teyvat was the primordial one,
When the eternal throne of the heavens came, the world was made anew. Then the true lord, the Primordial One, came forth and did battle against the seven terrifying sovereigns, dragon-lords of the old world. The Primordial One created shining shades of itself, and the number of these shades was four.
"On Phanes, or The Primordial One"
The Primordial One may have been Phanes. It had wings and a crown, and was birthed from an egg, androgynous in nature. But for the world to be created, the egg's shell had to be broken. However, Phanes, the Primordial One, used the eggshell to separate the "universe" and the "microcosm of the world."
He created the human and vanquished the vishaps for 40 years with his four shades
Then a while the second descender of teyvat are known as “the second who came” fought the primordial one with big war but he defeated them
And peace was restored again
Then after a while primordial one destroyed humans with his own hands he threw nails at humans because he was afraid they might enter godhood
And created the 7 archons as they’re the watchers of the human realms
Our travel is the fourth descender and thus making the third and second identity unknown .
As you can see primordial one is inspired by demiurge and its god that mentioned in couples of real ideology and religions like platonism and gnosticim but genshin heavily inspired by gnosticim so the description of this god suit in gnosticim suit genshin description almost and it goes like this:
Gnosticism presents a distinction between the highest, unknowable God or Supreme Being and the demiurgic "creator" of the material, commonly identified as Yahweh, the God of the Hebrew Bible. Several systems of Gnostic thought present the Demiurge as antagonistic to the will of the Supreme Being: his act of creation occurs in an unconscious semblance of the divine model, and thus is fundamentally flawed, or else is formed with the malevolent intention of entrapping aspects of the divine in materiality. Thus, in such systems, the Demiurge acts as a solution to (or, at least possibly, the problem or cause that gives rise to) the problem of evil.[14]
I alos aspire you to read about gnosticim because you will find so many things that are similar to genshin
Oh and one last thing
Primordial one created the archons to watch over teyvat and humans
Which is the same thing that goes to gnosticim too the name “archon” came from this religion

Here's some useful tips without spoiling to much of the game for you!
1. If you ever get confused as to what character skills and burst do what, (or how they work) you an always go talents for a well detailed explanation. Some characters skills and bursts draw strength from having extra HP, Attack or def, while some character could care less about having certain stats but you'll only find that out by looking at character talents!
This also applies to weapons and artifacts as well. Some weapons & artifacts have sub stats that can boost your characters damage without having to do anything!
2. Their are no right or wrong characters to use! Don't like anyone tell you who you shouldn't or should build! You should use the characters you like!
3. If your gonna be a free to play account it's good to do research on the featured 5 star character. Some are a lot better than others. Sometimes it's wiser to skip banners and save your precious primos for a better coming character!
4. Any character can be a DPS (your main damage dealer) but some are much better at being a dps than others. If you aren't sure what character you should dps you can always look up guides on UA-cam!
5. Pay close attention to artifacts! Some artifacts will provide boost when paring them together with some set. (the game will high these effects in the artifact equipping section). Putting certain artifacts on characters can double it even triple their damage!
Telling her to use the characters she likes is still telling her which characters to use.

Welcome to the world of Teyvat traveler!😄 as i noticed, you've learned alot at the beginning of this game, collecting stuffs like fruits and vegetable u can use as ingredients to cook or the items u collected that drops by monsters u killed, that's also used for enhancing ur charcters or weapons. Overall, i love watching ur starting game and it takes me back when i was once a beginner years ago. Glad that you'll enjoy the game 🎮 ..lastly, it doesn't matter how long u record ur game, it's a normal because this game is a long journey it takes hehe.. we can watch it how long it takes, the advantage of recorded is the viewers can pause it and play it so that we cannot miss ur reaction every seconds🙌. Just a tip, avoid auto-play dialogue in the early content, there's a lot of jank timing and too often the dialogue just cuts out early.

I've been playing GI since day one. I remember when the game was first announced (E3 or TGA) people were making fun of it. There were dozens of videos on YT titled "Chinese Zelda: BotW rip-off", full of comparisons. But very quickly it changed to "this amazing game is FREE?". Well...
