According to me it's foolishness to remove roti rice from your plate. Ap ye jo celebrity ki trh diet leti hai, khud ko torture Krna hai. Your face looks dull and jasmine also trapped in this net. I suggest u beta don't lose the pleasure of life..enjoy everything but in limit and continue your excercise.. that's enough

Yes I agree with you completely Poonam . Ma’am is always inspiring women but when it comes to her daughter what the dietician has given is not a balanced diet. Moreover Jasmine needs balanced diet as she is very active studying and doing lot of other daily chores .I am not anybody to judge but as a social influencer Atleast todays generation should not be misguided by following this diet . There is protein in her diet few days but other days the protein is almost nil. We need fat and protein in our daily routine with carbs and minerals.My suggestion if anybody interested to loose weight then go for balanced diet ( class 2 kids are taught in school) keep in mind the quantity , do strength training along with some cardio, 7 hrs minimum sleep and Atleast 3 liters water intake.

As a dietician love to see your videos, nice share dear, but one thing please eat tomato without tomato ke bij. Tomato seeds causes gallstone or kidney stone.Try paneer tikka bahut yummy lagega and weight loss bhi hoga. I shared dear n numbers of healthy weight loss recipes. Hi Kiran! Im your long time subscriber. Kindly forgive me if I am wrong but this diet will not last long. Enthusiasm to maintain such a strict diet will wane as Jasmine's study and work schedules will change. There should be dal- rice daily a healthy mix of home cooked vegetables and a little bit of ghee. This should be accompanied by lots of exercise. All the best in Jasmine's weight loss journey 👍👍👍

Hi di. Aap Jasmine ko only heavy workout karao. Actually I lost 8 kg without leaving meals. But i did fat burning workout even I ate everything but in a very limited quantity. Aise weight loose karne se abhi to theek ho jayega but again gain ho jayega.. It's only a suggestion di. Actually I think Jasmine jaisi beti bhagwaan sabko de. 😘😘
Kiranji your daughter is sweet 😘 when I see ur daughter I miss my daughter. She is Delhi and she was also like her prolly Polly. She also did dieting with the help of a dietician. Now she is fit. But we are so use to seeing our prolly Polly daughter. Bit it is good for health if u maintain yourself. All the best to Jasmin dear.

Pls don't follow blindly someone's diet. It depends on your age, metabolic rate,your daily activities , health condition & many factors. Diet should be always balanced with all main elements. If you want a diet to loose weight then pls consult dietician/nutrition specialist & make a diet plan according to your body type & do physical exercise which is also an open secret of Kiranji's fitness.

Mam Jasmine is on a very restrictive diet. As soon as she will be back on her normal diet the weight will come back very fast with lot of water retention. She should rather do portion control of what she usually eats.
I too was caught in the system of loosing 10 kgs and gaining 15 kgs. Last time I lost 13 kgs and gained 20 kgs. Now I am doing portion control along with roughly counting calories and macros and exercise to slowly and sustainably loose weight.

Jasmines diet is really tough at her age. I think she needs proper balanced nutritious home cooked meal in quantity control rather than all this. Her meal lacks protein the main source of fuel and one tat keeps full for long time. As I mentioned earlier her body type is like her father so why struggle against nature. Being healthy is more important than just keep on loosing weight.

Hi, simple kapalbhati pranayam for 1 hr both morning and evening will reduce wt tremendously . Having in small quantities to be followed . Will be helpful than other exercises
Ilost 10kg in 3months with gym with cardio and strength training and simple ghar ka khana(sabzi roti) 3times and one day outside meal also because i cant live without eating daily indian meals which is as i am in abroad with two kids and husband..lots of things to do here as a house wife..but when i was in india also i used to eat everything in moderation to loose weight and yes regular exercise in gym..i think homemade food whatever is made in kitchen in moderate quantitiy and regular exercise makes the difference..there is abhuge differnce in me in three months..jasmine is so dedicated thats good.but i think she can start normal eating..and regular exercise in gym especially strength training which will be so helpful for her..i do strength training three days and cardio for two days

Yeh galat hai roti dal chawal sab chod ke weight loss karna then jab craving hogi ek dam se weight gain hoga. Jasmine ko chahiye khana khate hue hi weight loss kare. Haan portion control kar sakti hai jaise agar2 roti khati hai to ek kha le.
