Elvis Rak hell yeah they can ! My s4 b8 will all day just turn the TC off and let the 40/60 rear split do the rest ! idk who the f is driving but damn he needs to just stop and go home lol smh.
@@ericlaflamme2504 the sport diff helps big time, but you don’t need it to drift or powerslide. It definitely comes down to the driver, just needs some experience or some practice and it shouldn’t be a problem
@@ericlaflamme2504 J ai une b8 s4 stg3 avec un TB 75mm sans diff sport, et qd j ai essayer une stock avec le diff sport jlai drift en claquant des doigts, pour la mienne sa prend un clutch kick avec un contre balacement
Wow, there is no way he turned of the electronic stability control. This is exactly what stability control does, shuts off power to the outside wheel pushing you forward. I’m surprised nobody mentioned that he’s clearly trying to drift with stability control on. You can clearly see the inside wheels fighting and not allowing outside wheels power! What’s wrong with everyone! Lol
young car guy here. Anyone wanna help me out on just what specifically the sport differential does as opposed to the unoptioned diff on this platform? i dont know all that much about car mechanics if im being honest, just sorta what parts do what.
If you try to drift an AWD like a RWD it isnt gonna drift. You have to swing it otherwise it will just understeer and nothing will happen. UA-cam has plenty of vids of this car drifting
I do not have the sports diff and that would definitely make it even harder. My issue was those were fresh tires and I was heat soaked because superchargers so maybe I will try it again with bald tires on a cooler day.
Asa Gladstein i wouldnt say harder on a sport diff. I have the sport diff in my car and when the sport diff is in dynamic mode I could kick the back out easily, when sport diff is in comfort it doesnt allow for rear end slip
Should've kept the car in FIRST gear. Right, then swing left for the weight transfer then floor it... The ass end WILL come around. This car may not have sport diff though :( A rear swing bar will help though!
11onejay I do own a b8 and a stage 3 b5.it's actually easier with the b8 you gotta dive the nose in first than punch it.Hit my Instagram it's jonmurdock_
He’s just planting his foot and turning the wheel. Give it a Scandinavian flick bro or better yet, let someone else drive.
Imagine he still had on traction control too 😭 idk I done better in my A4
That’s exactly what i was thinking one Scandinavian flick would do the job, but hes no driver. 😂
People dont buy audis to show off their wheelman skills but apparently this guy did for some reason
BMW driver in s4, give it person who can drive it properly. It can drift, i own one.
Elvis Rak hell yeah they can ! My s4 b8 will all day just turn the TC off and let the 40/60 rear split do the rest ! idk who the f is driving but damn he needs to just stop and go home lol smh.
I don't know cause I don't have one but could it be because he doesn't have the sport diff ?

I have 2.0T b7 and it’s actually really easy 😂
You're a terrible driver
he could use the water spot to start spinning the wheels

You gotta counter steer to ft the weight at the rear end out.

no sport diff?
No sports diff 😂
👌
Is this a dsg as well? If so why even try? Can't clutch kick.
eurojoe 931 that is true but in first and second I would exp ct some fishtail
must not have the sports diff option
Sports diff would prevent drifting even more...Turn all controls off and put sports diff in comfort

Asa Gladstein these cars grip way top much especially with grippy tires I've only been able to spin the wheels once.
You guys arnt driving your cars like they were meant to
No sports diff on that one I don't think!
I think this one is without rear sport diff. Am i right ?
Yes that is correct!

Doing donuts does not equal drifting
turn the wheel more before u give it full throttle you
Need to flick into the drift not just floor it and turn.
Why are they moaning about understeer? It’s not a drift car 😂
This is horrible
Jon Murdock if u owned s b8 u would know how hard it is to spin sticky tires and especially s b8 with the sports diff.

@@11onejay I own a b8.5 and I have no issues spinning all 4 tires through 1st gear. Then again I’m fbo making over 500whp 😂
I got a fat ass c7 a6 with the same engine and I could spin mines way better
too painful to watch
ohne Sportdiff, wie sinnlos
Hahah drift With s4 are easy
Audis are not made for drift
If you look at any real rally circuit you'd see plenty not to mention other awd cars like Subarus, Saabs, Mitsubishi's, etc
I drift better in my a4
Couldn't afford a s4?
