He's bigger than 95% of the league. More athletic than 95% of the league. 280 pounds with a 40 inch + vert. Basically around the same size as guys like Andre Drummond, Deandre Jordan and Demarcus Cousins but with Andrew Wiggins athletisism. It would be great to see his gaurd skills continue to develop but I'm pretty sure he's gonna be able to continue playing bully at the pro level especially as he gets older.

AS a DUKE fan I am glad he is going there. That said I don't see a surefire star at all. In Chicago I seen this same thing with CLIFF ALEXANDER. Zion reminds me of him and in my opinion CLIFF had a better offensive arsenal. This may be a case of a above average athlete playing high school ball against mediocre competition. When you get to high DIV 1 most are that guy in high school. You find out that overwhelming people athletically does not work. You need more to your game. I see LeBron comparisons and that's just the dumbest thing I've ever heard. This kid is not even on his planet at the same age from a basketball standpoint athletically LeBron was superior too. FASTER JUMPS AS HIGH OR HIGHER AND IN 100 TIMES BETTER SHAPE THAN ZION. I'm not saying he is going to be a bum but I see a mid to late first rounder as it stands at this moment and that's being generous and hoping on potential

While I told everyone REDDISH is better than him just on the eyes test and he is the most skilled of the 3. Now everyone is jumping on the REDDISH bandwagon if you couldn't see it at DUKE you don't know basketball and that was with being the so called 3rd wheel at Duke

Do we have to go down the line and history. There's more than just play when you are drafted. Its what's best for the league for certain cities. Is the guy marketable etc. I mean do you really think DARKO MILICIC was better than MELO or did the league need a new young guy on the west coast to rival lebron out east. Otherwise MELO starts out coming off the bench in the same conference as lebron who is playing 30 min a night or do we need to capitalize off MELO championship run and stardom. Guy you think it's just about talent. So in order to get REPLACE A.D. after N.O. loses him because the NBA blocked the trade at the mid season and thus we need to sell tickets now we put ZION there and trade the L.A. young guys and now they are must see T.V. because Lebron will be leaving here in 3-5 years and hopefully those guys are coming into their prime. It was very good for him this had to had built his confidence for playing bigger better kids in Summer camp and NCAA and at this point Duke already contacted him there was no need to transfer. He had it all.
