Great build! I hope you do build those extra buildings! I found a way to avoid the lighting glitch in a big build by connecting all the lights in certain sections onto one switch. For a big house, it would be all the lights on each floor go to one light switch. In your town, it could be all the lights for each building including the closest outside lights. So you essentially have them all turned off except the section that you're showing. You can still have good flow for your video by putting the switches together so that when you turn off the lights for one section, you can turn on the lights for the next section at the same time.
