I am so grateful for all the time you take to show what to do!! My Mother never taught me how to cook! I was so frightened as to how to do things! This takes my fear away and gives me hope that I can one day be a good cook!! Thank you thank!
A recipe does not do me any good because I don’t know how to do it or how to put it together so it’s a essential that I see this and what you’re doing. I am so grateful and so happy and so appreciative thank you thank you thank you.

From Pennsylvania, USA. I am TRULY HAPPY for 2 things: that you go slowly enough for us to write the recipe down (AND demonstrate your methods), and that you give the recipe in US measurements as well as metrics. We Americans need to become more familiar with the metric system.

@@Deliciousandsimplemeals from Maryland, USA. I don't have any real recipe for it, but get a decent sized flank steak and pound it out to form a large square about 12-16 inches. Cut up long vegetables like celery, carrots, squash, asparagus... And lay them all in one direction on the meat and top with dobs of ricotta cheese along with what ever spices you prefer and roll it up and tie it with butchers twine and tie the ends closed to form a meatloaf sized log. Brown it on all sides then place in a baking dish with pasta sauce on the outside and bake to desired wellness. When done cut the strings off and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top to melt then slice it into pinwheels and serve, spoon some of the pasta sauce from the pan on top of the slices and serve with mashed potatoes on the side.

I live in Norfolk, Viriginia, until I was 20. I have lived in England and in Germany for a total of 7 years. Now I live in Dallas, Texas. Meat loaf is one of my comfort foods, and your meat loaf recipes were wonderful. I especially liked the glaze. I will probably make a combination of your ideas. I was impressed enough to subscribe to your channel. 😊

True BUT cutting of veg. Should be faster. If 2 carrots are needed not to show her chopping 2 carrots.surely that wastes time for viewers.
When people comment too slow, why should cleanliness, etc. Be brought in.

The way the video is recorded is perfect for me. While chopping is going on or adding ingredients, I am busy writing down the ingredients and notes as the recipe progresses. Sometimes, I need to pause the video so I can catch up with my writing, but for me, the video presentation was fine. Thank you. Hello from Yakima, Washington.

After many many years most of my life my hands got messy when I was cooking and it would get on kitchen knobs and elsewhere if I wasn't washing them every time I touch something. So a couple years ago I bought a box of those inexpensive clear food handler gloves use double-sided tape to place it under an upper cabinet where it isn't really visible but I can reach up there and grab grab a glove if I want to mix some hamburger or anything else that needs hand washing afterward. At 78 years old I finally got smart. Hope this helps. It took me forever to learn to do this. It also took forever if I touched anything greasy and wash my hands afterward. Even Dawn liquid soap they used to wash ducks that have been in an oil spill takes a while to wash greasy stuff off my hands. Maybe I should use crude oil in my kitchen instead. Kidding.
