Instead of using talc for your glass projects, try dusting with flour instead. Talcum powder is a known carcinogen, and remember that dust particles, air and an ignition source can cause explosions. Cool video though, and now I'm on Prime deciding what to buy!

The air compressor is only 1 gallon. It will be running constantly and probably burn out in short order.
Hey Ron, I have had compressors like this for years and have never has that issue., also you don't need your air asset on for every single job, example I only use my air asset for cutting, when I use it for engraving it create more soot and and mess on acrylic. I like to engrave with no air, and cut of course with air.
@@LaserEngraving911I've come to the understanding that generally, air assist is for cutting and to be avoided for engraving due to "staining" by blowing the burned material to the sides. This seems consistent with what you're saying. If you're not doing long cuts, I don't imagine there would be issues. The CA Air brand has a decent reputation, too, including for quietness.
