- Witness the true potential of my signature team in glorious 60fps. It doesn't matter who's on point because each character can build a ton of meter and do one touch kill combos.
This video consists of everything from optimized to unnecessary swag combos. A lot of the combos start from only 1 meter and kill. I was also NOT mashing on a lot of supers, just so I could extend the combo a bit more.

How do you keep using S after clay pigeon without going into prop shredder?
+sonicyouth15 Launch them as high as possible and delay the S as long as possible. Ideally, you want to press it right before they hit the ground. The timing will take practice but you'll get the hang of it

I don't get it. I'm no expert on umvc3 and I only watch it from time to time, but how come these characters with these combos aren't popular in tournaments?
probably because of there complexity. that, or, they're spammy as shit. (or so I've heard...)

Fighting game tournaments are not the same as combo exhibitions.
Looking good is not a prerequisite to winning a fight.
The more complex a combo, the higher the chances of failure, and unlike when making an entertaining video where you can cut and edit for the comfort of the audience performing live on the spot is much more difficult.
Against another high level player, dropping a combo can be the difference between winning and losing.
Jacob Ruiz Wesker used to be one of the most popular choices for competitive teams. He fell out of use for some people when they nerfed his meter gain.

I barely got this game yesterday for ps4 and I don't know what I'm doing at all!!! Lol How do you tag in mid air? How do you keep a juggle going? What's safe and unsafe? Who do you pick to lead? How do you know what assist are good or bad when it comes to a, b, or y? This is the exact team I'm using but I'm completely lost and don't know where to start.
I just started playing this game lol and I'm using Dante and Vergil, what character really compliments them besides Zero, Wesker?

Genuine question: How does one use assists while in the air? I thought it impossible, but I see several instances in this video of assists being called while the character at play is airborne. Ex: Dante calls assists while using Rainstorm on a grounded opponent.
