Hey, my husband is us citizen and he filed i-130 petition on 21oct 2022!in texas service centre.... from last 6 mnths I didn't receive any update ...when we will get any further update ... we got only receipt notice

@@Pen87VlogNebraska center and perhaps we have a lawyer who filed our papers so we can’t do anything just to wait.
Actually its a spouse visa and we’ve been together since 2016 and we decided only to get married on May 16, 2020 but the pandemic happened so we delayed till the situation get normal.
@@Pen87Vlog I really don’t know till when we have to wait and thanks god that I’m still working so the time pass by but sometimes I’m thinking maybe due to the country that I’m living right now.

@@Pen87Vlog yes it is difficult to handle LDR relationship and you know we been through a lot of trials but we are always trying to handle with strong belief that everything will be ok.
I reside in Bahrain right now and my husband visited me every 6months hmmm its really difficult our situation and asper our lawyer it would take 1 and 6months the process.

Hi ma'am we've got a question in regards to the form 1 797 notice of action. As we were trying to schedule our interview appointment in Manila US embassy and the system is asking for a priority date stated in that form but we found it to be empty. We really need to know if you happen to be in the same both as well and how did you figure it out? We called the Embassy and Uscis but of no help because they kept telling us different answers and were too afraid to make a single mistake as we waiting 3 .5 years just to even get to this point and that might cause us delays or rejection. Will you please let us know? Thank you so much in advance.
Hi there! You will see the priority date at the top left side of your NOA1/NOA2 notice of action I mean the welcome letter when they approved your petition. Or how about your I-797C notice when they send you an online access code.
We have the same timeline po, I petition my 2 kids under 21 & still actively review po since july 22,2022 … the timeline change too since my service center is in Potomac.. before it says 3 weeks & now change to 4 months of waiting…

I just approved my petition for my kids. But they retain my petition due to incorrect filed up of the I-130 page 8. So, I need to file now the I-824 to proceed to the nvc ..

Hi Pen, we just received our son's receipt number and when we checked online it is showing there too but no documents were posted. We send our forms thru USPS, does this mean we still need to upload our documents again online or need to? What is funny is that we send our daughter's application too but only our son's information appeared online. So we will just send our forms again for our daughter.
Hello, thanks for being here and sharing your processing status. About the documents you don't need to upload again via online because you process it via mail. They will send you the receipt and priority date notice.
My mom aplied a perition for me when i was 20 and unmarried, we recueved i797 aproved in 2016 but havent heard since. Do you know it cancels in a certain period of time?
Hi, I can't tell if your approved petition is canceled. However you can check your case status to your NVC for more details of your filing.
When submitted the fill should be included financial document or affidavit for the case or only wait their request

Hi! I submitted for hubby on August of 2022 for Potomac. We are not in America. During that time the processing time was 12 months. Now it says 16 months … :( do I believe the first date or this last one? Or is it influenced by the fiscal year. Can anybody help me out with this thank you!
Same happened to me.i had 7 months now it went up to 10 months
So tricky this time the waiting time are increasing some says it increase 4months each service center.

You can submit question when it is already out of the processing time from your service center prior to your case status.

No. This form is only for spouse filing.

@@Pen87Vlog im a US citizen.may nagsabi kasi sakin na kapag i file my wife.isang papel lng ggamitin pati i130a then yung g1145.yung 3 ko anak is automatic na daw.sa fee naman yung wife ko lang daw ang mgbabayad ng $535.
Immediate Relative po ang category ng visa separate po ang I-130 sa wife with I-130A then sa child po ay separate din na I-130. Pero do some research din po kasi sa site separate yung nakalagay.

Me and my son's Immigration interview was scheduled on 14th April 2023 but they didn't take interview for my son
- At the time of interview they said me to file separate petition for my son under the Immediate Relative(IR1) category.
My spouse filed i-130 petition for my toddler son on 24th April how much time it will take for my son and what will be the process for my son
