I went to the hunting dealer to buy 76mm cartridges for this rifle. I explained the situation. He said there is no 76mm cartridge. You can use 70mm cartridges. I was confused and said 70mm cartridges. I did not buy it and I am researching to see what is the truth and I want to ask you, my masters, the truth of the matter. Now my question is this: If you are using an automatic rifle, will the 70mm cartridge damage the 76mm chamber set of the barrel or not? Or, is steel shot or lead shot used? What are the details?
