Battlefield V - Intel Core i5 12400F / RTX 2070

two days ago I've replaced 12100F to 12400F.
another good CPU i wanted since its release)
power limits are DISABLED.
LOW SETTINGS (to see what CPU capable of)
and I've downvolted my RTX 2070, result: 130-140W
of energy consumption (up to 185W in stock) and
temperatures dropped from 66-67C to 61-63C.
game installed on HDD WD Blue EZEX 7200RPM 1TB.
RAM is Crucial Ballistix White RGB @ 3500MHz CL16-18 with E-Die chips.

I have i5 12400f h610 16gb ddr4 singal rx6600 and my cpu usage is 100% in bfv is that normal ? My gpu usage drop to 60% and 70%
I've tried every thing
Future frame rendering
Dx12 and every setting and couldn't get a solution plz help me with an answer

Disable DX12, it works very badly in BF5

There nothing running on the background and I'm on win 11

Could you please test BF4 too on low settings? Preferably on zavod 311. There is an issue that seems to affect Ryzen CPUs and I'm suspecting the cause to be the infinity fabric latency.
9900KS vs 5900X both running tuned dual-rank b-die RAM in Battlefield 4 64-player conquest.
Look at the framerate when the helicopter is looking in the direction of those two buildings in the center of the map.

Hmm, yep i see these drops but what's the real problem? 200+ fps is still more than enough to play bf4 smoothly.

@@BigOuterHeaven I have a 280Hz monitor, and when the fps is constantly fluctuating above and below the monitor refresh rate, it feels terrible. 1% lows are way more important than the maximum and average fps.
