I think I remember that raid from back then and I thought it was a bot spam thing lol. I appreciate the shout out man and I know exactly where you're at here in this video.
That’s funny bro, always loved your vids!
Oh shit look who it is. Cheah!
@@RidingWithDave when i use to watch his videos 7 yrs ago... it was baker x dickhead lol
Rivercunt an san bernaghetto.. ill always remember them that way now haha
I'm originally from San Bernardino myself, but I grew up in Barstow. I had a classmate there named Derek Baker. I had to check out your channel after Dave mentioned you. You aren't the same Derek, but looks like you have some interesting content. I, too, have always called it "San Bernaghetto". I used to also live in Highland not too many years ago. I know both Highland Ave and Baseline Ave well and had to laugh at one of your recent videos comparing Mormon Rocks to the kind of rocks that people on Baseline Ave like more.
She is obviously NOT a newbie. Awesome skills and confidence 😊
i watched her back 1 time, we been bamboozled she not a noob :D
Truck drivers will always tell you how easy it is. It's not easy, I've done it. Her backing was incredible in how easy she made it look.
And dealing with that after LA traffic? Wow
Billy Jo that was really sweet reversing! I never saw Dave reverse like that 😉
Dave how do you two split the driving? Maybe you could talk about how your teaming works on video?
Lots of love to you both
Wife and I ran team for 15+yrs, no way she'd be doing that, she hates backing, she'd spot and I'd do the backing.
@@patrickbrooks0957 lmao
@@patrickbrooks0957 Lol that's what I was thinking. Or the fact that he's always up and riding passenger, I figured he was training her
You should do a video explaining what happened to the whole jeep gladiator offroading video plans. You don't have to make a video on this subject but it would clear things up a little bit. I am happy that you are doing trucking again though.
Billie Joe is one phenomenal trucker ! Street backing into that trailer yard was unbelievable! Smooth and flawless! Enjoying the ride with you both!
You left company and you still training. Not impressed with what you show. Sorry you making money for doing nothing
Yall are a good looking couple. I like you channel because you do not use all that unnecessary language. Thank you for that. And keep the contact coming. I can not drive any longer due to several on the job injuries. Keep truckin and shinny side up!
yeah, she's not a rookie. she has her backing prep down packed. great job!
It's pretty bad you try to read the comments and almost every reply is someone spamming some bs. But love the video man, glad to see you back.
Great job backing,Billie Jo.
Y'all stay safe. God bless you 🙏.
Billy Jo is such a badass
So many videos of never seeing your face, It just baffles me still but LOVE it. Such a fun new adventure 😁
Good Morning Billy Jo !! Good Morning Dave!
I really like the camera shot of getting the trailer hooked up.
4:41 any time I'm having a bad day I'll listen to this part so dave tells me I'm perfect lol
“If you’re Dave you would miss the king pin” 🤣 you two are awesome!
I had a yard dog in LA back my trailer in for me one over in Carson. Super tight blind side, he was like just drop it and I'll do it. Was pretty cool of him to do that
She's a keeper. Congratulations
Billie Jo is an excellent driver, Dave, she is so calm. I'm really loving your adventures together. Stay safe:)
listening to this guy say “yep” “your perfect” “your good” over and over really just cracked me up
So glad you are back. Billy Joe is a great addition. Great team work together. Hope everything works out for y'all. Stay safe and stay well !!!!! Frankie LONG ISLAND
Awesome video!! Billie Jo is an inspiration to lots of women😊
holy crap i may have saw you at like 2:30am monday the first going through northern california. I think it was almost to like stockton or something? wow thats an extreme coincidence.
It’s so trippy seeing you in my city! Also even more trippy is that I found your channel back in the day when I got into motorcycles and now that I’ve got into trucking I find your channel again lmao. Keep up the good work bro.
Holy shit ! That’s my city ! I pass by there all the time! Crazy!
Great job Billy Jo, I hope Dave is taking pointers. Love you guys and safe travels.
Good job driver! Keep up the good work and nice channel
She is a good driver, Thank y’all for what y’all do for our country in getting our goods delivered 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Great teamwork backing into the repair shop.
Backing like a boss! Well done!!!
5:45 she still needs you Dave, don't worry! Ha ha
The shot of the trailer coupling...simply awesome shot... and Dave .... we know who was driving!!!! LOL!!!
I love watching these videos…just time where I can relax and not think about life or anything. Thank you for making these videos! 🙏
U not a driver?
I’m not, but I love these videos
@@John-no8sy u should jump into it, awesome career
No.
@@curtis7599 no what????
Excellent! Wow! Driving skills getting back down that driveway! Five Stars *****.
Great job backing in! I hated the California deliveries. My lumber liquidators in Las Angeles was a blindside off the one way street and they always had cars parked on both sides of the street to boot
Another fine video Dave hope to see ya again and hang out
Hey Dave you're actually one of the people who showed me what kind of company CFI is. I've been working for them now for 10 months and it's awesome. I appreciate the videos good luck and hope to see you around
I was worried she wasn't cranking it hard enough until i realized the right side was clear for her to be coming in on an angle.
I can't believe how fast ive learned how to back up and go in tight spots in only one year of trucking.
Granted i have to learn fast because i work for Sygma and i have to go places that weren't designed for trucks.
Delivering to Wendys, Arbys, Tim Hurtons, and Cold Stone is sometimes so challenging to get in and out of, especially with customers in the morning.
Hahah sygma balls
nice to see you back in the truck. Billie Jo knows how to back ! Nice job.
San Bernardino!!!! It’s so awesome knowing you were in the city I live in
Perfect 10/10 Billy Joe 👌🏻
That is awesome she did amazing wow I could not believe it that is wonderful great job Billy joe and Dave
Billie Jo you are awesome!! Way to back up the trailer at the repair shop!!
Good work on backing! Best backing I've seen!
A little explaining on your endeavors that brought you back into truck driving would be greatly appreciated.
Why? They do not need to explain anything to anyone.
@@linchpin20 I think what he said is understandable. Dave made a pretty big deal about quitting trucking and switching his content to off roading videos instead of trucking. And then he randomly starts trucking again just a month later. I’m not upset nor do I think anyone is. Just a little confusing is all. He doesn’t have to explain to us anything you’re right about that. But like Jim said, it would be appreciated.
@@jordan2735 still none of our business just because we watch a couple UA-cam videos doesn't mean we need to know why he does what he does. Sometimes shit just don't work out the way we plan and we gotta eat shit and do what we don't want to. And then have a bunch of people you don't know wanna know the specifics of why you had to eat shit. LOL I would tell y'all to get bent.
@@linchpin20 You can't agree to disagree can you.
@@linchpin20 he’s on UA-cam , it’s everybody’s business 😂
Love the content Dave you ever think of using 2 way radios to communicate better for those tight or sketchy backs
Enjoyed seeing you do stuff in my neck of the woods. I'm originally from San Bernardino myself and have also always called it "San Bernaghetto". A word of advice though: when spotting another driver who is backing...never stand behind the trailer, if at all possible. I always stay in front of the trailer, personally, and also in front of the tractor too, as soon as I can get into that position and more clearly see both the driver and the blindside corner of their trailer. They can see enough on their sight side on their own and don't need help on that end.
And kudos to Billy Jo on the overall backing skills. I would not have expected somebody with her amount of experience to have anywhere near as good a setup or backing habits as she seems to have. Only change I would also make there would be to use up the entire width of the street so the approaching car cannot possibly pass on the right. The general motoring public doesn't have the first clue that we often need our tractors to kick out further to the right than they already are, and that we can't see them, if they are approaching from behind us. The more lane width you use up, the better the angle the trailer will have toward the desired spot, door or driveway before you even start to back up. She already has better setup skills than 90% of the people I see - even those with experience. Adding in a few refinements to the process will only make her better at it.
I backed up my first trailer on Saturday (little 8 footer single axil) kinda hard because once you get past a certain point you got to pull forward but got it into the spot with mo pull ups
That’s an old trailer. Looks like one of the ones from the pre Conway truckload days.
Young lady got some real skills. Great job!
Awesome job, definitely not a easy back in you did it in a big sleeper that's double the work👌
Billy Jo killed it!! Yall be safe!!
Thats dope dave you were litterally down the street from me 🤘🏻
My favorite way of being guided into a spot by my lady is to have her call my phone and give instructions. It's very calm and intuitive compared to using hand signals and screaming. Kinda like walkie talkies with headsets on our own channel.
Dave when are we going to see you do some backing.
I now run from Washington state down to California stopping in downtown LA for several drops. Street backs are common for my drops or just unloading in the street. LA is fun.. lol
Hey Dave... Thanks for showing the empty trailer check of the boards... in the future when a trailer has a hole would you show us the size of the hole as this was enough to take the trailer out of service and would make a good reference... Thanks DaveNBillie (DNB)....P.S. - Dave you've got a keeper in Billie Jo!!!!! Yawl make a good team!!! Starting CDL train'n in about 30 days... maybe cya on the road....
Missed the trucking vlogs, glad there back!
Ya first time was nova scotia to downtown la seafood . 132 inch hood 1996 loaded standup bunk freightliner was awesome new and I was 21 . 460 cat 18 spd 342 on big rubber. Salinas to Halifax then more herring to st Paul !
Now as a team, it might be much more easier to do those black hole dock backs which you used to show us.
So happy your back 💛
Swift does not use that repair facility! Because no swift drivers could get in there with out causing more damage. 🤣🛫
Gilberto de Nilópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Parabéns ao novo casal nós caminhões dos estados unidos. Show.
Another amazing video keep trucking you two and stay safe on the road
She’s good❤️
Damn, did I miss a CFI re-join? lol WOW.. Glad to see you back at it!
I’m a yard dog Dave if you ever come to my building I’ll back it in for you !
Ok this is my all time favorite video I have family in San Bernardino county and I live roughly 2 hours up north… Dave I’m not sure if you have heard of like Adelanto Victorville or Hesperia… but when I heard you saying Los Angeles and San Bernardino I actually got excited because half the truck drivers I watch are never near me and I always thought it would be cool to meet one in person if I ever got the chance
And when you were also in the San Bernardino area I actually recognized where you were at
Trucker Dave back. I saw last delivery said off road. Training Wife this awesome
Dave, Thanks to you and Billie Joe,, for sharing,, enjoy them all...
Hello Dave enjoy your day and stay safe from Rensselaer Indiana
Well done..and with the sun in her eyes.
What a shitty place for a trailer shop tho.
That's truckin' Dave!
When do we get to see you drive again Dave
She is really good! Happy for you two, too bad CFI doesn't do showers/bathrooms in their rigs. That'd be sweet. Soooo good to see you back!!
The weight restriction you can haul with those 150+ inch sleepers really limits you. You loose around 5000 lbs you can haul. Weight = money
That's the way to back that rig up girl
Hi a few weeks ago I saw your Jeep and your trailer in Walmart parking lot in New York
That's the dollar tree DC when you were in San Bernadino. I used to be on that account with Werner. funny seeing it on youtube and Used to drive that road everyday. Glad I'm off that account tho. Dollar accounts are hard work. Also I used to watch BXD all the time. But shit got boring When Arson wasn't on video's anymore.
Problem I feel with side hook is when it's loaded. Just the weight and all. Empty meh not to much of a problem. 😁
Nice street back, Billie Jo!
San Bernardino in the house! Boarder of San Bernaghetto and Muscoy.
That girl, Billie Jo, is an outstanding driver!!
Used to make deliveries to the LA flower market for a few years. Great way to cut your teeth for city driving and backing.
Dave you were not in bell gardens when you said we are acually in La Countyy bell gardens you were in la county downey california if you ever come back go to south gate california
Love these vids my man!
She is a great driver.
I think I do remember visiting that trailer park where you dropped a trailer to get repaired while dogs are very long time ago We're talking 20 years ago And back then you didn't have GPS you had to use a map But it was much easier back then there was no business next door You know down the street but it didn't exist
I remember my trips to California, they do have some tight backing at some businesses there.
@Trucking Express LLC Yes I am
@Trucking Express LLC company driver.
Fontana is my home terminal. You're in my neck of the woods there 😊.
Great job. 👍 that was impressive
Yes it was
Billie Jo! Excellent job 👏.
Another great video coming!
Dave you are the best truck drivers be safe
Watching your video,s wow this is insane. Whe dont have this in belgium 😂😂only small trucks. Maybe you can buy a headset or something to assist her 👍grtz.
hey Dave i havent been watching you for that long but I really enjoy ur vids!
Question - why do u dislike 2 or series so much (trailers)? rookie viewer question ik lol
I'm with a very small Carrier with only 30 drivers so I get the drive a brand new 2022 trailer...part of the story of my trucking 🤪
Finishing up CDL school and received a call from CFI. Wonder if Dave can tell me his experience with them. Thanks!
Sling that iron kiddos what till that snow is buthole deep and you have to drive out those are the videos im looking foward to Donners pass all those wonderful New Mexico mountain passes how about Flag staff Arizona nutt up Dave
Thanks Dave and Billie Jo for another great video. Always enjoy your channel. What part of Washington are you going to? I live in eastern Washington.
Love watching Billy Joe
Stay Safe
Walkie talkies would probably be good to have. Or talk over speaker phone for better communication
Can someone tell me what happened to the whole driving around the country in his jeep thing? Bc I didn't realize he was back doing trucking videos until just now
