They are based on the responses, but we have to choose the question first and then calculate what each possible response under each answer means for the final calculation.
I may have missed a step, but can the quote be sent via email to the customer and to the site owner? That way the client and service provider are both instantly aware of the price for a service/job?
Yes! In the action & notifications portion, you can put both the site owner and the client in the same email or you can add a 2nd email action that can send the same pdf (but with a different message)
Yes you can! You can do a lot with Formidable Forms and WooCommerce, see if this page helps you: formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/formidable-woocommerce/
Hello, we have a website hosted by Wordpress. We have forms with formidable. We have a form that clients can fill out and when they do , we always get a copy in our business inbox. What can we do to enable a feature that automatically emails the client a copy?
Hello! I would like to know if the is some way to setup conditions on calculations using text, rather than numbers. For example, instead of ( [256] >= 1 ) ? 10 : 0, I would like something like ( [256] == "Sample Text" ) ? 10 : 0 I'm having trouble setting up this sort of calculation and condition for lookup fields, actually. I do not have any means of associating Separate Values for items from dropdown lists that are generated on a lookup field. :/ Thank you in advance!
Sorry for taking so long to see this! Sadly, for now at least, our conditional calculations only work with numbers. But our support team might have a solution for you, submit a ticket here: formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/
My form looks great, but apparently all of the calculations I put in are completely wrong, or I did the final step in regards to "total price field" wrong. hmph
Can we download the quotation file or share the pdf of the estimate form once it is calculated?
You sure can! This article will walk you through it formidableforms.com/how-to-create-pdf-invoices-in-wordpress/
How can I make the calculations based on the responses and not the questions?
