  • In todays video we start ramming the posts for the new fence line that are replacing the hedges that I pulled out with the digger. Another truck load of fertilizer is coming as well

Hey I’m Andrew The Once A Day Farmer, I farm alongside my father on my family dairy farm in New Zealand.
Our Dairy system is quite unique as we only milk our 320 jersey cows Once A Day (hence the name), and they stay outside on grass for 365 days of the year!!

I love the sound of cows tearing the grass off for a mouthful. Love your Peterbilt hat too! I worked for Engs Motor Truck Company for probably 30 years. Great company to work for.

Doug looks like a very neat and tidy work man. Super job on the fence posts. 🖒

Awesome video as always my friend. Two is always better than one specially when it comes to milking. Now I no what you mean when you said you’d better of getting the professional fencers in. This chap Doug he doesn’t hang about, looks like a cracking job so far. Absolutely love seeing the 6 wheeler belting around the paddock’s, with that big white clouds behind it. You can’t beat seeing your cows with their heads down enjoying the grass. Thanks for sharing mate.

If we'd winters like that in Ireland, we wouldn't need a summer.
