@Harry Mobbs well, my family choose me because we had the same interests, also because of my nursing experience and many hours of babysitting experience. I think the most important thing is to describe how you really are and what you love. There's only one you and that makes you unique from all the other Au Pairs. Tell them your qualities, especially those qualities that are important if you're taking care of kids. Also because there aren't many male au pairs I think you will get requests really fast. I know there are, for example, boy families who'd love to have a male au pair. Goodluck and I'm pretty sure that if you're going for it, you'll find the right hostfamily 🤗👍

I cannot imagine a "dinner" at 5 to 5:30 pm can fill a german stomach up to the next morning. - Is there any time you spend with your host-parents as well maybe in the evenings, when Henry has gone to bed? Hey! 1. I usually hang out with friends, go to gatherings, work on videos or just chill with my host family :) 2. believe it or not, but it does. I kinda got used to eat so early. If I am honest tho, occasionally I do snack sometimes afterwards. Lol 3. Absolutely. Sometimes we like to watch movies together or just talk and hang out. :)

Sure! Search for Cultural Care. That's the Agency I am working wuth! Drivers lisence is not required, but most of the time necessary! :)

What are the courses for TOEFL test?
Basically they prepare you for a big English test, which is called the TOEFL test :)
Oh yeah, I know, I was trying to say that which courses do you recommend to maybe practice the TOEFL test. ;)
So if u do those tests does it mean when ur au pair year ends u can stay in the states?
No, it's just a qualification, which most of the time is required to study abroad :)
