Such an awesome underrated brand! They only have a few collections but within those collections the varieties are very broad. Their tourbillons are simply incredible 🤩
WatchArtSci yes! Likewise. I’m very happy with my skeleton Admiral’s Cup but I would love to add something more classy like the Admiral Legend 42 “Hotel Crillon” Edition…
Thanks for the nice intro to the brand, Bill! Definitely underrated, the Bubble has always drawn my attention, and now my collection is getting a bit saturated and I'm a bit bored from all the in-house haute horology stuff, may be high time to mix things up and actually get a watch that brings a simple kind of joy. The bubble is not for everyone and I'm usually a lot more conservative when picking watches but there seems to be nothing else on the market like the Bubble.
Hey TaT! Thanks man! You're right, there's nothing quite like the Corum, and my favorite is the "Golden Bridge" by Andrew Calabrase... Take care and be safe, Bill 😷
"Something for everyone, or something for nobody" XD XD XD My favorite Corums are the Golden Bridges; the Bubles are a lot of fun, but I'm not willing to pay that much just for fun, but if I had a lot of money ... maybe if, and a Hublot too.
Oscar, if you're feeling 'goofy' and see a Bubble that might be fun to have, they are available with huge discounts. I'm tempted by an Admiral model discounted ... in just about every secondary market. Cheers, Bill
Bubble Privateer is my ultimate guilty pleasure watch - one has been sitting at one of my favorite haunts for the last 12 months : have to take Joanne with me every time I go so she can stop me from buying it 🤣 believe most of the Bubbles run the 2892/3 though
Richard, the only model they have with a FP movement for men is the Corum - C293/02910 (Coin Watch Automatic Gold $20 Double Eagle PVD), but there are several women's Bubble models with mother of pearl dials that have the Frédéric Piguet movement. I have a hunch that after the current lot sells out, we'll see no more Frédéric Piguet-based movement ... unless they are bought by the Swatch Group and 'adopted' by Blancpain. Take care, Bill
No I did not Blaine. Nothing against them, but they have so many designs in those 4 groups, that I could only put in a limited number in the VestPocket Video. Take care, Bill
What do you think Bubba ... a moon-dial with a rocket in the eye? That 'golden bridge' is wonderfully innovation piece of horology. Yeah, I'd say different, too. Take care, Bill
@@bubbab7792 Me too. I like the blue and the white ones. The ridge beneath the bezel shows up best on the white one. ( www.fratellowatches.com/sunday-morning-showdown-audemars-piguet-code-11-59-collection/ ) Cheers, Bill
I have one of the Corum bubble 42mm casino chip limited edition with red rubber strap + unique dial, lovely watch... 👍
Sounds great, Wayan! Thanks for sharing. Cheers, Bill

Hey Pim, glad you like them. I've always found the Admiral attractive. Cheers, Bill

I love the Corum bridge watches, so similar to old JLC table clocks with the vertical exposed movement.
Yes, NSsomething! You are right and I didn't notice that until you mentioned it. Thanks, man! Bill
pro tip : watch movies at flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching a lot of movies recently.
@Lennox Tatum Yup, been using flixzone} for years myself :D
Very interesting watches. Thanks Bill.
My pleasure, Bruce. Cheers, Bill
Very informative look at Corum, which is a brand I know little about and very rarely see. Thanks Bill!
Glad it was helpful! Jeffrey! It was fun for me too! Take care, Bill
Thanks Bill, My favorite Corum is the Heritage minute repeater and the Heritage Coin watch!
Hi O Bud, interesting choices! I still like the Admiral for the design. The Coin is unique! Cheers, Bill

Arrragh matey, Marcus! Make Joanne the 'Pirate Queen' to keep you in line! Cheers, Bill
I had no idea they use the Frederic piguet movement I'm going to have another look at this brand as we both know that is a fine movement

My husband as a Corum "Classical Grande Date", loves it!!. He wants a bubble, just a basic one.
Sheila, a Bubble? Now that's an interesting choice, and there're a lot of Bubble models to choose from! Take care, Bill
@@watchartsci He as shown me the range!!. Have to wait for this lock down to finish and we get back to our cruise ships!! KEEP SAFE xx
Dr. Sanders: You did not include the Corum coin watches?! In my opinion the coin watches are what put Corum on the map.

What about Corum coin watches?
Yes, Driller, they got left out. The VP series are just quick overviews. Take care, bill
Corum? Different.... 🤔 🥃

@@watchartsci that's why we have so many choices. I enjoy the AP 11.59 where most hate it. Variety of choices. 👍

Junk. Nice video mate.
Thanks, man! Well, Tim, I still like the Admiral... Take care, Bill
