I have a little query. As a European, when I order the mate 70 pro+ from China, it comes with Harmony OS 4.3, right? Will it remain Harmony OS even if I update my location to my country, in my case, France?
HarmonyOS NEXT is still beta so unless you participate in a beta program like in the video it'll remain HarmonyOS 4.3
yes it will remain on 4.3 (it wont change to emui, if thats what you asked)
not recommending it outside of China and Chinese life app ecosystem, you can stay at or roll back to Harmony 4.3 as you need.
Please wait for pura 80 ultra, don't buy mate

the biggest regret of my life is upgrading to huawei harmony os next.and now i am really suffering looking for a way to downgrade this system
Settings > developer options > there a line to downgrade, i have tried and success on the matepad pro 2024. The apps data will be lost but other data(images, docs, download files,..) can be restored.

Just use developer options by tapping 7 times on software version. Settings - first menu under profile name
