Driver 2 - No sky barrier - Survival with buses - Havana

Now I added another code, RetroZvoc's "Remove sky barrier", to release the ability of vehicles to get higher over the ground after hitting or being hit by other vehicles, almost as in Driver.
Version 1.1 of the game, played in the emulator Duckstation 0.1.4788 gae92ce84 (dev).
