Is it the right time for real estate investment in Jersey City

I'm always thinking about my next real estate investment project, and one of the areas I'm considering right now is Jersey City. Does its proximity to Manhattan, thriving job market, and abundance of amenities make it a prime area to invest? Watch as I discuss some of the enablers, such as the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, lower cost of living, PATH connectivity to Manhattan, and tons of dining options, that all make this an attractive area to live.
