Here we have Wall-e for ps2 a surprisingly solid action puzzle game based on a popular pixar film. It's got several level styles and all work well thanks to great controls. The only part i didn't super care for was the few stager after getting to the axiom which just get ridiculously hard compared to how the rest of tge game is. Performance wise the game is quite interesting too, it runs at 60 fps and with quite allot of detail for a ps2 title. Of course it's all covered in bloom and blur to hide some of tge tricks they used but it fits with the aesthetic of tge film quite well.
This game was actually pretty solid, at least for the standards of a licensed game based off a kids' movie. Nothing groundbreaking, but enjoyable and well-designed enough to still hold up decently on its own merits. Its soundtrack is also way better than it had any right to be; the songs for the work day level and Axiom areas are some particular highlights.
Yeah i agree, i went into this expcting it to be boring but i ended up having allot of fun mastering the controls and mechanics, it's fun, simple and really well put together.
Oh Yes! This is the game I wanted to see from you., I Completed Couple Months Ago. I don't know if it took me 4 hours to complete it. But i really really Enjoy the game.
I just beat this game the other day on my PS3. This game was adorable. I was charmed by the artifacts and it was incredibly enjoyable for a PS2 license game. This is one of my all time favorite Pixar movies.. It is sitting at number 1. It makes me cry. I heard people prefer THIS version to the 360/PS3 version. I haven't played much of the PS3 version but I can easily see why. I got 100% My heart hurt several times just seeing Wall-E react to various things. Even the useless music player button had some use which surprised me. What an absolutely adorable, solid PS2 game to go with my favorite Pixar movie!
@@nikodem123asdf i know.. i love licenses of movies I like better, but died multiple times from cuteness overload when finding artifacts... The game was pretty solid too
The game was recorded on the real ps2 in 480p60fps and upscaled to 1080p60 with a converter. We don't use uprender settings on emulators even if we use them cause it makes the games look too different compared to how they actually are on hardware.

One of the most popular classic late 2000s Disney movie ever made. 😌

It's a really cute game. I was not expecting it to be *this* quality considering how all over the place licensed games can be.

Hey what do the letters on the spine of the game mean, mine says SLUS on at looks slight different compared to this, is there any reason why?
