    In my case it works better attached to a piece of Wood for a bigger flat settlement to the ground and i try not to overheat It avoiding long time functioning for more than 10 minutes... And i dont know why the last tyre i've inflated indicates like 5psi or more while Its clearly and visibly not so inflated... Anyway this pump has been working properly for me for a while.

    I had one of these for my motorbike. It's struggled to get that properly inflated but for inflating punctures on a road trip enough to get you to a gas station with a proper air compressor it was fine.
    I feel like it would over heat for car tires.

    How do I adjust the pressure? When I start up the needle moves to 60 and I'm sure my tyre isn't carrying that much pressure.

    Can you control how much PSI comes out of this product for a specific Device, like a Air Brush that only uses 30PSI?

    • @knobsdialsandbuttons
      @knobsdialsandbuttons  7 місяців тому

      No it's just set at a particular rate I think

    • @Mak13927
      @Mak13927 6 місяців тому

      Sort of, but you will need to attatch an air tank (somethimes called a receiver) to the compressor via a hose. simply fill the air tank until the pressure is 30 PSI and turn off the commpressor, then detatch the hose from the air tank.
      Now you can use 30 PSI for your air brush so long as you have the right fittings and a hose from the tank to that device. Though consider:
      Tank capacity
      Does the tank have a 'check valve'.
      'Do I have the right adaptors?'
      'What flow rate does my device need? (How many Litres / second device might need).
      Hope this helps!

    Could this be used as an air assist for a laser engraving machine?

    • @knobsdialsandbuttons
      @knobsdialsandbuttons  Місяць тому

      Probably not directly. It doesn't store any air, it just pumps it through the unit using a small piston so it would probably have to use a separate air tank to store the pressure

    when mine reaches at its desired number 36 and i stop it, the arrows goes back to 25. Should i pump it again?

    • @knobsdialsandbuttons
      @knobsdialsandbuttons  10 місяців тому +1

      That's odd. The gauge in the pump could be faulty. When you pump it up to 36psi, double check that reading with a different tire pressure gauge or at a garage to verify the actual pressure. Otherwise you may dangerously over-inflate the tire.

    does it work well for long time?

    • @knobsdialsandbuttons
      @knobsdialsandbuttons  Рік тому +3

      It works well but it needs to be allowed to cool down after every 5 minutes of continuous use, then you can go again :)

    Anyone know roughly how long it takes? Mines on 8 and need to get it to 30. Done it for about 3 mins and the gauge weren't moving so disconnected it. Thought i'd left it in too long or done it wrong but obviously not. If I knew roughly how long it takes i'd know if I were doing it right 😂

      It should probably take about 7 minutes on a regular size car tire but obviously longer on a larger tire

      How many people does it take to replace a lightbulb?
      3.
      1 person standing on a table holding the bulb and 2 to turn the table.
      Come on, it'll be just fine moving away from the pressure monitor for like 3 seconds...
