completely due to opponent mistakes, really nothing special about the play at all from panda perspective, he should have died 100/100 times on the initial HC strafe but both opponents in hall missed a shot, rest of the play is just dogshit level mistakes from opponents

What are the loadout rules/limitations on something like this? I assume no exotic weapons except I think I saw Thorn, and it looks like just one sniper per team. Does everyone *have* to use handcannons, or are they just the preferred primary because of how fast these fights dive in and out?
