I had to take the Flintstones chewable vitamins in 2018 when my doctor saw my lab results (meaning my blood work) and told me I had to get more iron in my diet, as they don't make gummy iron vitamin supplements. I just now take a regular iron supplement for grown-ups which isn't a Flintstones chewable vitamin. I try to eat foods rich in iron as well, such as spinach (take that, Popeye!), broccoli, quinoa, liver (some folks don't like liver and onions (especially my dad), but I don't mind it), and pumpkin seeds.

You can see them on The Price is Right from time to time on some pricing games. They were very popular in the 70's to today.
