this was a regular look of ppl in post soviet countries in 90s, after ussr collapsed and ppl didn't have money for food even. youngsters used to wear their parents closes as couldn't buy new ones. wrong sizes and not matching colors, just use whats left in a family wardrobe. ppl used to carry supermarkets plastic bags around cause they could not afford actual bags! to me this reminds of poverty and chaos of 90s. And westerners nowdays like - supermarket plastic bag for 1k euro!! brilliant!!!))))

I clicked this because I was curious to see what music they would use because I haven't watch a Runway show in YEARS. Man, what a surprise this track was. Mindblowing

Nowadays, the dementors work as models for Balenciaga.
This collection is really futuristic it shows with how bad our economy is every one is gonna be dressing like a trash hobo. Balenciaga just wants to cash in before it really happens.

Yes, this is back to 90s. At that time, I got most of my clothes in the small kiosks in Riga central market. This is an updated and polished version of what everyone was wearing then. I don't have nostalgia for that time. No no no. The atmosphere of the show also reminds of the dark and grave 90s after the collapse of CCCP. All that poverty, crime, mafia, some people suddenly became rich and many others lost everything. We also had some naïveté and hope for the brighter future once we join the big happy world of Western countries.... Powerful and frightening show. Brings back memories.
