The CRASH concept led Rich to be a professional drummer for over 25 years with 14 solid years as a session and live drummer in Nashville. He's since had a ton of success with Jason Aldean for the past 6 years and the list of artists with whom he has performed reads like a who's who of the music industry.

Rich Redmond is so talented and successful.Drum playing has always been my secondary passion.Music has a lot of influence on my everyday life and not a lot of people,who are close to me,understands that.Music can put me in a good mood,it's very motivating,if I'm depressed and want to stay that way,certain songs make me feel it or if I'm depressed and want to come out of it,all I have to do is put in my upbeat songs and etc. etc.Rich is my all-time favorite drummer.I've been to several Jason Aldean concerts and sometimes,whoever is opening for him,may not have a drummer for that show.Rich has always stepped in and never misses a beat.This course that he's doing sounds so positive and couldn't have not one dull moment.Sharing his talent,with other's who are aspiring drummer's is what the world should is suppose to be about.What I mean:First of all,is being so passionate about your work,yet knowing and remembering the blood,sweat,and tears it took to get you there,but being humble enough to make sure no one else has it as hard as you did.Trying to teach through trial and error,yet never forgetting what it took to you there.Secondly;making time for others.Another important part that some may not even think about.How many days,weeks,or months is he gone a year,doing the Aldean tour.However,still makes time for family and friends,while still wanting to see other people succeed in life.Third;Doing what he can to make sure that no one gives up.If your passionate and you know your dream is to be on a stage drumming to thousands of people,sure they may times you want to give up,but I'll be willing to bet,that Rich wants for your dream to come true as bad as you do.In my opinion,just the acronym that CRASH means,says it all for me,about the teacher,Rich Redmond.COMMITMENT,RELATIONSHIPS,ATTITUDE,SUCCESS,HUNGER.Those are just a few things why I think that Rich is a great person with a great personality and very talented.THE #1 FAN OF REDMOND...........
