Just got back home. well good news and bad news! good news is that it hasn't blown up! and actually did 200bhp at only 5psi. bad is that past 200bhp clutch started slipping. progressively worse to the point it wouldn't even drive coming off the roller. so that put a stop to it for today! my fucking fault for fitting back the old clutch. yes i have cleaned it but we think the issue that when it got hot oil started seeping through and glazed them to fuck so.... Engine out job. send clutch for new material put on. try again! better luck 4th time lol.

I flippin love your videos, building a insane clio in a small down to earth garage and "common" tools. Keep it up, some day who know i'll take my clio over to the UK and try to catch you (haha that will never happen with your engine) on the track

The shaft extension is only held in place with loctite? I'd be worried this would spin on the shaft and wear out. Thought about a machining a keyway? Or is it not an issue?
Yes it is. It’s only a supporting shaft and sits inside a bearing so should have a minimal tendency to spin. +it’s hardened steel so should be able to survive between diff maintenance. Will be checked every time.

i would say most expensive part would be custom shafts. rest can be done on budget
