Di, after grinding dosa batter just simply keep mixing it for 1-2 min... it ferments well later close it.. mrng it becomes so fluffy also dosa becomes very crisp

Its Too early for Kaya to have a smart phone ..Get a laptop instead ..kids as old as in 7th class also use Ipad for the classes ..Rest track of classes has to be done by you ..they should not be given smart phone till they are in class 11th .. Im a mom of a 15 year old boy ..still he has not his own phone .. they dont need a phone actually. Its an advice from a mom ..like an elder sister .

When I stayed in chennai and bangalore and missed maa so much and all her pithe payesh and ranna banna, i used to make patishapta very often and have it for dinner and lunch boxes. Its so easy to make and so healthy for a snack

Hey, loved the video. The decoration pieces looked amazing. I have been enjoying your videos for quite sometine now and observed that you have quite a variety of mixer grinders...it would be really helpful if you do a video reviewing them as it will help us a lot while purchasing.
We have been planning to get one this diwali...but there are soo many options to choose from which is very confusing.
I have been using the Wonderchef mixer grinder for 4 years now. It's still doing good. And that's one of my fav thing in the kitchen. You can also check Nutri bullet which is a bit on the pricier side but then I heard it's worth it, since it's super powerful.
