My mother still makes 2-3 kinds of boris/baris(what we call it) and different flavour papad. I often ask her why she does all this hard work, when they are available in the market..she just smiles and says that she likes doing this for us❤️. Diya it is beautiful volg..when you tell about your mother's experiences in cooking i feel so good because my mother died and often remembered her while i cook and doing my all home work .because our elder says a daughter is a reflection of her mother.and i believe on this.your mother was also surly a disciplined lady..i will give you a suggestion if you grow kurry plant in a small pot it will grow and look beautiful.
How I wish ur videos could go on nd on...It takes me to a different mood altogether,nd this one specifically was a high dose of nostalgia...bdw I feel magnetic white boards with magnetic pen nd wiper are little easier to use,though can't deny that blackboards r again that gentle recollection of childhood days😊😊

I don’t know why I just find blackboards easier to use. I take a kitchen towel, wet it and wipe the board. All clean. Whereas for white boards, it just doesn’t clean well with a duster I feel. I have a white board on the other side of the fridge and I never used it.
My husband loves to use a white board.
May be just a personal choice. 😅

good preparation......dear, try our Tamilnadu veg full meals.... rice.... saambar with ghee...vatral kuzhambu, rasam, curd, butter milk kootu, poriyal, varuval, pachadi ( it means both veg salad and fruit salad) appalam, pickle, buttermilk chili fry, vadai, paayasam, .......finally complete with banana and betel leaves with betel nut..........you can include any home made sweet...... serve in banana leaf...... wow......your husband may ask this monthly once....
