LOL....Thank you Girish you can store the onions for up to 12 days in an airtight container or bag. However, to maintain the crispiness you must consider the humidity in the room. You can also dry the onions in the open air if it is not humid and then store for the best results and for the most crispiness. Remember do not store in the fridge or freezer, the onion will get moisture, so keep it the dry place at kitchen shelf or kitchen pantry

Hi Ruby aunty! I tried this fish today but i used other small fish. And instead of too many chillies i used paprika and bit of cayenne pepper so my kids can enjoy. Overall this tastes really awesome. Thanks alot for this superb recipe.😋😋👍

Pomfret is indeed delicious when fried in a good masala like this. When I was in the Gulf (Dubai), we often had Pomfret fish which came from Iran or India, Pakistan. Its very common in Karachi, Mumbai fish markets. Brings back memories.
