45 cm in diameter. Knifes are on a spiral, and don't need much sharpening. It's the spiral that takes the wood apart. The chips get sometimes directly dried in the "chipper", but the pto model like this one, i don't know. It are the very high quality of the large chip that gives you extra profit. All the rest, i don't know.
What diameter wood can this machine take? How is the knife sharpened? What if you hit a rock? How much horse power do you need to run this machine. What does it cost? How wide in the chip? How do you dry the chips? Is this for a wood gasifier?
The fuel per unit of out put on this machine has to be high, a lot of energy is being lost to friction, unless there is a secondary unforeseen benefit there are much more cost effective and fuel efficient chipper machines, much less hp lost to friction with the chipper machines.
