Be Nice to Yourself: Semantics, Ego, and Assumptions

Hello friends! I didn’t want this video to be 20 minutes long, and technically it isn’t, but almost is, haha.
I give a very general, broad stroke to the terms I have used in this video, to include semantics and ego. So know this isn’t a deep dive into those subjects, rather a single glossy coat of it. If you’re upset with how I have used these terms, let me know and we can discuss!
The point with this one is that I know things are tough, but if we can get our minds in the right frame of thought, we CAN make things better for ourselves.
