Kudos to Huck. He brought Rowan to tears. He think he is so smart and can be very manipulative but hey here Huck threw that reality right back on him. At least with Huck him staying away from his family he knows he's not the best husband and father because he's fighting alot of demons and so he don't want to burden them and bring his issues on them. They are living their lives and happy without him but at least he checks on them every now and then and keep in touch and love them from afar where Rowan has made Olivia life a living hell day one and hasn't stopped. He's so unhappy with his life and choices that he wants Olivia to be unhappy too. What kind of father sends their daughter to boarding school so he can run b613? What kind of father tells their 12 year old daughter that her mother died when really he put her in prison for 22 years? What kind of father sends a man to sleep with his daughter just to come between her and the man she loves? What kind of father tells their daughter that love is a weakness. All she should have in her life is all the power. So for Huck to say which white boy he would prefer inside his daughter was the icing on the cake. Rowan has no respect for his daughter. The love he has for her is unhealthy and dysfunctional and we see why she's so messed up and why she could never tell Fitz how much she loved him as often as he told her and why she couldn't reciprocate that love the way she wanted to.
I hate to be so 2024 with it but the way you just explained it gave me no other apt comparison: Huck pulled a “Meet The Grahams” on Rowan/Command/Eli before we even knew what that meant 😂

One of the things I find so scary about Huck is his voice. It's not deep but more of a tenor and it's kinda mild. His voice shouldn't be so scary. And yet it is.
