Even at those times when you were not at all well-I really prayed for you! I have 20 more years of life experience than you and it took me so much longer to arrive at that stage of happiness and firmness in life, where you are today. I am so happy for you, I have no words to describe it! There is something else that came through my mind while listening: Whenever you were not in the right place in life or had the wrong people around you, the universe kept telling you to move away and forward. You were pushed in very unpleasant ways by the universe until you decided to trust your inner voice. Chapeau for never loosing yourself but becoming stronger and wiser!😘

Also....I'll be 44 next week! I split with my ex almost 4 years ago now. I've always bounced back after breakups but this time I just haven't. I spent 7.5 years with him and we had two girls together. I was the one who ended it because all of me had gone, he'd chipped away at me and my confidence for so long. I really hope that one day I'll feel like me again, but I don't know. I am learning to drive tho and absolutely love it, so maybe that may be my first step up for my come back! X

Thank you for this video. You nailed it about the media continuing to portray women over 35 as forgotten. When I look at women at top of their game in most industries such as influencer, acting, reality shows like the Housewives franchise on Bravo, journalists, talk show hosts, business, etc the averge age is 35 or over. There is room for everyone at any age. I think there is too much noise about where one should be at a certain age. You are gorgeous and more importantly seem just as lovely on the inside. Wait, what Madonna licked your leg- please explain, lol. Anyway, stay fabulous, strong, kind, smart, keep up the great work❤

I can’t think of her name who used to take your photos and even stayed in the horrible flat with you for a bit is hopefully NOT one of the people who took advantage of you. I can relate I always say i feel like I've lived a 100 lives :) I have been through so much in the past 10 years, lost my mom, miscarriage, divorce, 2 surgeries, covid, career change.. you can always tell a girl on a comeback-i just keep dusting myself off-I was doing really well 3 years ago working out, so fit after the seperation from my ex on the revenge diet you know ;) but now a few weeks ago I have just found out my dad has cancer -it is really bad and trying to keep my energy up is tough-you are an inspiration and I really enjoy your videos. You are so funny as well. I can't wait for the workout and diet vlog coming up! I need some tips for those laura legs! I want to get back to my fittest self. I can relate I always say i feel like I've lived a 100 lives :) I have been through so much in the past 10 years, lost my mom, miscarriage, divorce, 2 surgeries, covid, career change..
you can always tell a girl on a comeback-i just keep dusting myself off-I was doing really well 3 years ago working out, so fit after the seperation from my ex on the revenge diet you know ;) but now a few weeks ago I have just found out my dad has cancer -it is really bad and trying to keep my energy up is tough-you are an inspiration and I really enjoy your videos. You are so funny as well. I can't wait for the workout and diet vlog coming up! I need some tips for those laura legs! I want to get back to my fittest self.
