2009 I met my now fiance of 5 years on a dating site and took a leap of faith to get on a train and meet him irl. We are happy together now, and he has got me more into the anime world :) (I got him more into Star Wars) Geek love!

Watching this in 2022. I haven't properly watched an anime in several years, and hell, probably couldn't list even a quarter of the ones in this video. But seeing this again after so long fills me with such nostalgia from the days when I played this on repeat for hours. The combining of the songs, the flawless matching of the scenes to them and the smooth as butter transitions between them were something that I noticed back then, but appreciate far more now. Reading through the comments, it's pretty rare to see one from more than 5 years ago, and even back then, they're talking about the memories and happiness that it brings back. Thanks for making a video that can transport many, myself included, back to such a lovely, simpler time, and hopefully we can still cherish this for years to come.

98seko I suppose whether one enjoys something or not depends on their taste. ^^ I rather enjoy AMVs like Steel Fenders or MarcelK Productions' asmvs along with things like this however, I'll acknowledge that there are probably people who don't. As for parkour, I'd say it's 2 parts they wish to entertain people and 8 parts they wish to show other people the things they enjoy like many such videos. ^^ As such to a degree, people's entertainment is a secondary thing for them or it's an excuse to just get out there and make something out of what they're doing which actually goes for a lot of things on youtube and other similar sites.

Ah 2009 is nearing the end of the golden era of anime. So many good shows not only in 2009 but in 2005-ish to 2011-ish not that there weren't good shows or seasons after but 2011 was the last really good year in anime for me. Maybe it's just cause I'm old and can't handle the newer stuff as much.
