Wow. I just ordered an FC basic zipper leather binder in blue. I want to get back on the FC planning routine. I don't always stick to it. This video is so useful and detailed. I am really loving the health tracker idea. I will try incorporating this into my day on two pages planner system.
Thanks for doing your usual thorough and detailed job on a wirebound planner for a change, and for choosing the weekly Textures, both things I have wondered about. And using this for a specific purpose like health tracking is a wonderful idea. Your idea about the moon phases is something I would be interested in watching. Thanks for all your wonderful videos!
Thank you for sharing. I was one of those people who looked down on wire weekly planners ... until now. I use FC binder planner but I track some health in it. The ability to see weekly trends using a proper weekly planner is fabulous. I have been using a BuJo for health, but I don’t like the inability to plan ahead effectively. I’ll keep my planners for this year, but I think next year I will use my classic binder for daily tracking and do a separate weekly FC to track my weekly trends. Brilliant! BTW, congrats on the move forward w/your nephew. I wish your family many blessings. 😀

Thank you for this video. I’ve never used a wire bound planner with a binder. How is the fit with these? So you only feed the back cover of the planner into the back cover pocket but not into the front? I do like the idea of using a planner for something this specific...may need to consider something like this. Oh, and how you do all that you do, juggling work and a LOT of family responsibilities...is beyond me! You are a Wonder Woman.
Hello Gretchen my friend. Good point. Some people do feed the front of the planner in the front cover. I definitely need planners to juggle everything. Have a good evening!
@@TonyaPlans are you familiar with Ryder Carol's Bullet Journal Notebook? I'm wondering if this cover would comfortably fit one of these? The BJ is hardbound too which is why I'm wondering if it would even work. The depth of the spine with this Anna cover I think is generous enough tho. ??

I agree with you about the heavenly bodies affecting our bodies. I also track foods and over time I discovered fruit sugar affected my sleep. Great video as usual.
@@TonyaPlans I haven't had it medically confirmed yet but I suspect it relates to insulin resistance. My body is not processing sugar as it should. When I find out I will let you know.

@@TonyaPlans oh yeah. Fructose affects me so I reduce fruits to minimise the impact on my rest. Made such a difference.
